NPF “BLAGOSOSTOYANIE”

NPF “BLAGOSOSTOYANIE” is the leader among private pension funds: in the 2^nd quarter of 2016, 1.2 million people were subscribed to its private pension schemes, and 338,000 persons were receiving a private pension. NPF “BLAGOSOSTOYANIE’s” market share is 29.3% by pension reserves and 25% by private pensions paid out.

For 16 years, NPF "BLAGOSOSTOYANIE" has offered private pension services for the employees of Russian Railways.

The Fund’s regional network comprises 71 structural units. In the early 2016, the Fund decided to implement a new state-of-the-art integration platform in order to enhance the performance of all IT systems. The software selected for the new platform is JBoss Fuse from renowned global open-source vendor Red Hat.

Cinimex was contracted for the project as an official Advanced partner of Red Hat with a proven expertise in building industrial solutions based on Red Hat JBoss Middleware.

Project outcomes

Cinimex team completed a package of works under the project for modernization of NPF “BLAGOSOSTOYANIE”’s integration platform based on Red Hat JBoss Fuse. To implement new application integration on Red Hat JBoss Fuse, Cinimex needed to migrate the Fund’s legacy services and develop new ones.

Red Hat JBoss Fuse fully complies with the international Enterprise standards on reliability, performance and service support.

At present, all of NPF “BLAGOSOSTOYANIE”’s principal IT systems have been connected to the integration platform. The integrated IT landscape includes both the accounting and customer relation systems alike.
