Cinimex, Russian developer of corporate IT systems has summed up the results of the year 2022. Total year revenue notched 2,695,191,418 rub.

In 2022, the IT integrator was involved in digital transformation projects across a number of different industries – finance, retail, manufacturing, and focused on ramping up its tech and industry expertise.

In 2022, Cinimex’s proprietary solution “Cinimex: Integration Adapter for 1С” was included into the unified register of Russian software and database programs.

Last year, Cinimex joined “VK Digital Technologies” partner program to pursue stronger collaboration between participants of the tax monitoring program. As Partner, Cinimex helps big organizations to build a system to manage their financial information, bring their internal control tools in line with regulatory requirements, and configure VK Tax Compliance platform and integrate it with corporate systems. Besides, in 2022 Cinimex took part in tax monitoring forums in the status of Official Partner, where company speakers shared best practices in the implementation of the platform.

Together with VTB, Cinimex worked on VTB’s API platform and helped to migrate it to open-source strictly domestic software. This allowed the bank to maintain a secure technological foundation and continue driving partnership with companies from different industries. One of the tasks accomplished as part of the project was to create a turnkey solution that would meet all of the bank’s needs in terms of legacy systems, existing and intended integrations, file exchange and IT security based on open-source components.

The platform includes mechanisms of file exchange and API contract storage (API register), a tried and tested API pipeline – from design process embedded into the logic of the bank’s IT architecture to a billing tool. Besides, VTB’s API contains services to manage API lifecycle and distribute resources reasonably and appropriately. The solution stands out for its high reliability and fault tolerance, ensuring uninterrupted operation of all connected services.

In 2022, Cinimex and VTB team developed and deployed a cutting-edge platform for processing financial transactions (PPFT) based on a fully open-source tech stack.

VTB bank wanted to get a versatile channel application to enable information exchange between banks and legal entities and build an architecture that would allow adding different types and routes of financial transactions (new bank services), without making any changes in the system’s key components. The chosen solution was to migrate from “monolithic” to microservices architecture.

Owing to containerization and microservices architecture, PPFT has potential for scaling and increasing the number of payments by ten folds with no changes to the code. Besides, the technological transformation has revolutionized the software development projects reducing time-to-market by ten times.

In 2022, Cinimex implemented an “Open Account Digitally” project for Rosselkhozbank. Digital account opening means that bank customers can apply for a service and get access to a current account for their business activity in next to no time. Rosselkhozbank needed to offer its customers a convenient and fast service supporting up to 1000 applications per day submitted through an agent channel. Cinimex team expanded and upgraded the application for a more reliable and stable operation and implemented member area for agents.

Cinimex also continued the project on troubled loan management for a structural subdivision of Rosselkhozbank. The team made some improvements designed to add new business processes and enhance the existing ones: new features in reporting, user permissions and roles, new references and a new category of debtors. During the year, as part of system support service, Cinimex consultants offered guidance to end users and business units.

In 2022, a joint team of Otkritie bank and a number of vendors, including Cinimex, worked on a Unified Frontal System (UFS) designed to support the bank’s retail business. As a result of the project, at least 90% of operations performed at the customer service offices and contact centers are conducted in the UFS. With its help, Otkritie bank was able to accelerate its customer service, ramp up customer traffic and simplify staff training processes.

In OTP Bank, Cinimex supported integration of API Connect platform with related systems, and provided consultations on API development on the platform, along with performing a number of enhancements to improve platform performance.

In 2022, Cinimex completed automation of part-payment toolPodeli”. The new service allows paying for products and services in online and offline stores by splitting the price into 4 equal parts, which is convenient for both consumers and business, regardless of the industry or company size. The project team developed all microservices needed for the solution, and completed a full cycle of works including design, rollout, testing, calibration and paperwork in accordance with internal rules of the service. The solution was implemented from scratch, and the team is still finalizing the functionality in order to fully satisfy customer needs. The service is built on a cloud platform from Yandex and features the following technologies: Kubernetes, Java, Keycloak, Camunda, PostgreSQL.

Cinimex was also involved in support and implementation of new integration of interacting reporting systems in Rosgosstrakh. Company specialists are actively transforming the insurance company’s IT landscape by replacing proprietary foreign software with open-source solutions. Besides, Cinimex implemented API Gateway based on WSO2 and introduced a unified integration layer to control APIs of Rosgosstrakh’s accounting systems.

Over the year, Cinimex and Rosgosstrakh continued working on a machine-learning project – “Segmentation 2.0”. The project comprises three types of new service toolsgeo-segmentation, identifying high-risk clients, and intermediary vetting with data processing techniques.

In Rosgosstrakh, Cinimex team set up a process of pre-insurance examination for a new sales channel. Namely, a pre-insurance examination for car owners who apply for a fully comprehensive insurance (KASKO) using “R.Osmotr” app. Tech stack for the project included MQ, ESB, RESTfull.

Changes in the law on personal income tax, introduction of differentiated taxation rates, new forms and timelines for reporting meant that Rosgosstrakh had to gather bookkeeping on all salaries and payments to physical persons in a unified information system “1C: Salaries and HR”.

Cinimex team made changes in the integration flows between systems to create a centralized HR system for personal incomes, organizational structure, staff records and organizational chart, payroll accounting, deductions for losing accountable forms, agent and other fees. Payment orders generated in the HR system are submitted to KIAS accounting system. Payments/refunds and contributions to social security and similar schemes are submitted to “1C: Salaries and HR” for subsequent reporting.

Cinimex team implemented a tool for registration, authorization and password recovery for Rosgosstrakh agents. A plugin created in keycloak interacts with an SMS gateway, with two-factor authentication.
