Due to its extensive experience, Cinimex solved customer’s tasks and met all the Bank’s information security requirements. IBM API Connect was chosen as the platform for building the solution.
“Functioning services that allow filling out applications for Gazprombank loan products through various partner channels is the result of our joint work. The system has already processed several hundred thousand different applications received through these channels. The future plans are to develop the API system with the business partners’ participation and to increase the number of services provided” – continued Ekaterina Frolovicheva.
“At the first stage of the project, it was important to show with a living example how open APIs work in the Bank, so the system was launched into operation with some non-functional limitations. Despite this, the solution now can withstand a serious load. Next step we plan to develop the system to the target architecture by ensuring the scalability and disaster tolerance due to the future connection of new partners and the predicted number of services growth” – said Olga Makhaeva, Cinimex Key Account Manager.
In addition, Cinimex plans to migrate the system to a new version of the IBM API Connect product, which has undergone numerous functional and architectural changes.

The growth of Bang&Bonsomer, the promotion of a new corporate philosophy, and the simultaneous obsolescence of an automated system led the company to introduction of a new software product 1C:ERP.
Cinimex was chosen as a partner to develop the new ERP system due to 11 years of successful cooperation with Bang&Bonsomer. The project involved modeling all the company’s business processes despite the tight deadlines.
“The modern 1C:ERP software product allowed us to optimize the enterprise operations and obtain concrete results, for example, reduce the time required to prepare a number of documents by 90%, and lead time by 15-20% and etc.” comments Andrey Guryev, Cinimex Director on Automation enterprise management systems, - Regarding the solution implementation, we integrated the 1C:ERP system with other corporate systems through the corporate data bus (ESB).The adapter we developed for ESB carried out the exchange with the new ERP system”.
The new system was fully integrated into the corporate IT landscape, including master data management. Simultaneously regulated and IFRS accounting in one database is the uniqueness of the 1C:ERP solution for the company. In addition, Cinimex developed individual settings for access rights in accordance with the Bang&Bonsomer requirements of the data security corporate standards.

The project was carried out by an international team and under the supervision of Bang&Bonsomer IT management (ICT Steering Committee). The project was completed remotely: the team was located in different cities from Helsinki to Voronezh.

At the time of gradual change in the banking system and due to significant increase in information flows, the Russian Agricultural Bank needed to revise the overall integration platform architecture.
“The modernization of the bank’s integration platform was related to outdated integration bus replacement for a modern one, - said Nikolai Ulyanov, Director of the information technology department at the Russian Agricultural Bank, - Thanks to MIP implementation we together with Cinimex met the challenge of doubling the platform load capacity and significantly reduced the updating cost of dozens of bank systems during the migration to the new core banking system”.
In particular the work of Cinimex and “RSHB-Inteh” project team was focused on the message routine system (including the New Integration Bus (NIB) and the formation of routing control center); workstation with a centralized configuration management system; NIB local router; technological multiple device adapters; extended logging and alerts systems.
“Initially, Cinimex participated in the MIP architectural vision development, and subsequently the Agricultural Bank entrusted us with its implementation. Due to our expertise we provided the joint work of the old and new platforms at a fairly long transitional stage without degradation of service and productivity,” - comments Maxim Matrenichev, Deputy Director for Key Clients and Partners of Cinimex, - “We implemented new solutions bundled with compatibility adapters, nontrivial message routing scheme between platforms, services of transparent messages “interception” in the old format and their instantaneous conversion”.
Plans are to carry out the integration flows transfer from the previous platform to the MIP, the development of platform functionality through an improved logging system and an increase in overall performance. In addition, Cinimex will continue to develop new services for new core banking systems.

Cinimex specialists encrypt Raiffeisenbank

The project for the transition to the new version of the Bank of Russia Client’s automated workstation software has been transferred to the testing stage. Two years ago, the Central Bank notified banks about the need to switch to a new version of an automated electronic document exchange system in accordance with a set of unified electronic banking message formats. According to Bank of Russia Inter-regional Center of Information Processing letter, the system should provide messages signing by encryption and authentication in the format and protocols that meet the Bank of Russia requirements. The vulnerability of the current system (confirmed by allegations of funds theft via the Bank of Russia Client’s automated workstation) was the reason to start the process.
The transition process, as required, was completed on June 28, 2019.

Raiffeisenbank proceeded with the transfer of the electronic messages signing from the Bank of Russia Client’s automated workstation (CAW) to the Automated Client Systems (ACS) in November 2017. At the same time Cinimex team launched the project.

“Solution includes two main parts: module of validation/ signing of messages on three possible UFEBS protecting options and managing and operation controlling CAW of this module. The solution implemented on the .Net platform with sufficient performance for signing both individual messages and packages. CAW is developed on Angular 5+ Spring as a branded web application. With the built-in role model it can control the working modules configuration, monitor the input and output streams status, record the errors facts and display the relevant information to the administrator in real time mode” - commented on Maxim Matrenichev, deputy director for work with key clients and partners.

The main challenge for the development team was the solution testing procedure. “In fact, testing could only be carried out according to one scenario, in which the response part was available only to banks on a tight schedule and was located in the Bank of Russia itself. Before the transfer to the customer, we could only debug the code algorithmically; it was impossible to work out the actual test script on our own. But we did it”, - said Vladimir Kryukov, lead project manager at Cinimex.

According to Dmitry Generalov, product manager at Raiffeisenbank, the errors in the crypto module identified during the tests were not critical (for example, the message format in the test package changed, etc.). “According to the results of the tests, our users still have a few wishes for the SAW, for example, to improve its interface and service functionality, which, as Cinimex specialists assured, will be implemented as soon as possible,” he said.
Willingness of Raiffeisenbank to immediately begin fulfilling the Bank of Russia requirements and Cinimex specialists’ efficiency in choosing a solution allows customer to switch to the new version of software in working order.

RAEX Rating Agency published the results of the largest IT companies annual ranking.

According to the study, the ranking participants demonstrate a steady increase in revenues - the total revenue in 2018 increased by 15% and amounted to 656.4 billion rubles.

In 2018, Cinimex improved its position in the largest ICT companies ranking and took 36th place. Cinimex is on the 16th position among the 20 largest software developers. Cinimex CEO Andrey Sykulev told RAEX about the main factors of the demand growth for “infrastructure” IT solutions in 2018.
