The improvement in the rating can be attributed to a 42% rise in earnings compared with the previous year.
“As for software development, the main factor behind the rise in earnings is growing demand for outstaff for Agile-projects among both old and new customers. Demand for software development has also increased in some sectors that are new to us – oil & gas, mechanical engineering, and other.
The downside is the growing shortage of highly-qualified IT personnel. This results in higher labor costs and, consequently, a rise in the costs of IT services in general, which means that sooner or later, the demand will start slowing. It will also shift from custom software development, which is rapidly becoming more expensive, to more reasonably priced solutions that can be more or less scalable,” commented Cinimex’ CEO Andrey Sykulev.
