Cinimex Completed 1C:ERP Deployment In SPE CLASS

Cinimex was entrusted with boosting the customer’s business efficiency by automating the key processes. Namely, the task was to enhance managerial efficiency in relation to material and financial flows, streamline process monitoring and optimize production capacity utilization.

Previously, the company used «1С:UPP», but its functionality was no longer enough to meet SPE CLASS’ growing needs in terms of production scheduling and separate accounting and reporting for state defense orders. The company comprises a number of affiliates, and «1С:UPP» was implemented through a distributed database, causing delays in communications between different branches. Owing to the deployed «1С:ERP», the whole company now keeps accounts in a single database.

“Cinimex has proven to be a team of professionals. Our partner not only ensured a smooth migration of the company’s integrated accounting from «1С:UPP» to «1С:ERP», but also significantly upgraded the new system to make it compatible with state defense orders,” commented Deputy Director of SPE CLASS Andrey Baulin.

“Lack of “dynamic planning” features in the initial versions of «1С:ERP 2.5» forced us to make major modifications in the subsystem for production capacity planning. Besides, our specialists enabled functionality for incoming, post-process and outgoing inspections conducted by members of SPE CLASS’ quality control department,” said Andrey Guryev, Cinimex’s Director for ERP-Systems.

Cinimex team set up access permissions in accordance with the customer’s security policies, offered user training and carried out migration of data from legacy systems. At present, Cinimex offers tech support services for users and system maintenance.
