System “Operational Pipeline” and project “Corporate Account Opening”

In 2019, Cinimex completed the upgrade of Operational Pipeline system for the project “Corporate Account Opening”.
Project Implementation
The initial project aimed to develop the Operational Pipeline system and enhance business processes of the Operations Department in order to build a quality assurance system and quantitative transaction accounting started in 2014.
At present, several banking processes have been automated, and the Operational Pipeline has been deployed into commercial operation. Cinimex team implemented integration of the pipeline with several of the bank’s legacy systems.
Several systems and teams were involved in the project “Corporate Account Opening”. Owing to deployment of the Operational Pipeline, among other, corporate account opening time (CIB and SMEs) reduced, on average, from 5 days to 1. The plans for 2020-2021 envisage re-engineering of the Bank’s operational pipeline systems.
