Enhancement of Card Processing
Cinimex offers a proprietary module which can be integrated with the bank’s existing processing system on the DB level (through a separate scheme) and enables classification of fee transactions for operations with MasterCard and VISA cards issued by another bank.
Project Implementation
The system verifies conformance of transaction parameters to a set of custom rules, defined by the requirements of the payment system itself (fee guide). An intuitive interface allows modifying the rules in case the payment system issues updates in its rules.
The module also has features for gathering statistics and data aggregation in relation to fee programs, and reporting for merchants with detailed information on fees charged by the payment system, so the Bank can substantiate its fees to the merchants.
Besides, the system allows downloading settlement-reports from the payment systems and daily data verification on fee charges from these reports with the module’s own statistics.
Thus, the module provides extended IT service functionality in addition to the Bank’s processing systems, which allows the Bank to implement more flexible merchant fee schemes and increase profitability of its acquiring business.
