A System for Automated Credit Card Issuance By Different Type of Application
A comprehensive solution on IBM BPM. Automation of other business processes and integration with other systems of the Bank were implemented on the same platform. FICO’s Capstone Decision Accelerator credit risk management system was selected as scoring system.
To build up its competitive power, Raiffeisenbank needed a scalable enterprise platform, enabling loan workflow and ultimately focused on the client and their preferences in credit card issuance. Also, the new solution had to provide for quick development and market launch of new products and services, and at the same time reduce the costs of supporting business processes.
The implemented system allowed:

- Communicating provisional solution to the client right after generation of loan application;
- Rapid decision-making;
- Modification of initially requested terms by the client;
- Just one visit to the bank;
- Eliminating the need for the client to fill out the questionnaire on paper.
