On September 9, a business meeting on tax monitoring headlined “New Opportunities and Practical Cases” gathered members of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the largest companies and software developers to discuss recent changes in the automation of tax monitoring, procedures to enable access to corporate information systems and preparations for integration with the tax data automation system NALOG-3.
Head of Tax Methodologies and Control in Rosselkhozbank Alexander Shalukho and Cinimex’s senior analyst Antonina Kulikovskaya elaborated on the preparations required by a company joining the tax monitoring program on the example of the bank. Rosselkhozbank has only joined the monitoring program this year, but they have already registered a positive dynamic in the bank’s business processes. Speakers told the audience about ways to connect data marts with the bank’s existing systems and shared the observed outcomes.

“As is typical for the financial industry, the bank faced a need to test convergence of tax and accounting data across a massive number of 300 million entries per year. To successfully address this task, the integrator had to have previous experience with highload applications in terms of optimizing database structure. Cinimex did have such experience,” commented Cinimex’s senior analyst Antonina Kulikovskaya.
