The third block of the annual Tax Monitoring Forum-2023, held on November 17, was dedicated to preparing for the transition to this form of tax control.

Alexander Shalukho, Head of the Taxation Methodology and Control Department at JSC 'Rosselkhozbank', and Antonina Kulikovskaya, Senior Analyst at Cinimex, detailed the steps needed to prepare for the implementation of a tax monitoring dashboard.

'Over the past three years, Rosselkhozbank has done extensive work for the effective application of tax monitoring. We perceive tax monitoring as part of a strategic task for the digitalization of business and the economy. Therefore, we will continue to actively develop this direction, including the implementation of integration services with the AIS 'Nalog-3',' comments Alexander Shalukho.

'For large taxpayers planning to implement a tax monitoring dashboard, we recommend planning a load or at least a full-functional testing of the tax monitoring dashboard with a 15-month volume. When developing the system, it is necessary to consider possible changes in the regulator's requirements, including the volume of disclosure and the structure of tax registers,' comments Antonina Kulikovskaya.
