Сinimex in the TOP-20 Largest IT Suppliers for the Financial Sector
CNews Analytics has released its annual ranking of the largest IT suppliers for the financial sector for the year 2022. Сinimex has maintained its position, ranking 20th among the participants in the digitalization market. In 2022, the IT integrator's revenue grew by 3.7%, with the financial sector accounting for 90% of its total revenue.
According to the review by the analytical agency, the past year 2022 was a year of structural changes in the IT market of the financial sector. Banks were forced to freeze some of their current digitalization projects and instead focus on new tasks related to the departure of foreign vendors and import substitution.
Many market participants reported a decline in revenues from digitalization in banks, particularly those who specialized in implementing solutions from foreign vendors. On the other hand, several domestic software developers, on the contrary, demonstrated record results on the wave of import substitution.
In 2023, the market has stabilized, but the implementation of domestic software remains a priority for customers. Other trends in the digitalization of the financial sector include the implementation of AI, ensuring information security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
