Cinimex Reports Annual Results and Key Projects
Cinimex, a Russian developer of IT systems for businesses, has summarized its results for 2023. Throughout the year, the systems integrator delivered digital transformation projects for clients across various industries — finance, manufacturing, and retail. The company enhanced its technological and partnership capabilities in machine learning, open-source, and cloud solutions.
In 2023, Cinimex began developing a universal credit pipeline verifier for legal entities at Rosselkhozbank. The proactive monitoring system automates the verification process for borrowers, guarantors, and counterparties based on criteria used by the bank in credit decision-making. The system is a large database with a core and adapters, aggregating request-response data from various systems and sources.
Cinimex experts also successfully completed the "Digital Account Opening" project at Rosselkhozbank. This service allows potential clients to apply for services and receive a reserved business account within a short timeframe. The system can process up to 1,000 applications per day through the agent channel.
The team developed a credit pipeline for individuals at Rosselkhozbank, with a focus on software import substitution—replacing the credit application router and decision-making system. The pipeline routes applications for all bank products and from all source systems, interacts with the decision system to assess creditworthiness and reliability, and now calculates pre-offers, including a unified credit limit across products for individuals.
Cinimex also implemented the VK Tax Compliance platform from VK Tech at Russian National Commercial Bank (RNKB). The platform gives tax authorities access to tax and accounting packages, automates the calculation of tax registers and declarations, and supports automated validation procedures. Connecting RNKB to tax monitoring simplifies communication with the Federal Tax Service and reduces the time and effort needed for tax audits.
At Rosbank, Cinimex continued work on CI/CD pipeline tools for the BIS platform, automating deployment rollbacks and releases, enhancing the BIS transport gateway, and supporting JMON-based integration tools. The company also maintained the integration bus at Pochta Bank.
Cinimex advanced development of the BNPL service "Podeli", enabling customers to pay in installments without interest. Working within the BNPL IT team, Cinimex engineers handled product architecture, external integrations (processing, scoring, partner systems), and built features like customer onboarding via Alfa ID, Sber ID, and Tinkoff ID. They also improved the partner portal and loyalty system, redesigned UI elements, and expanded backend functionality.
The company supported and launched new integration streams for accounting systems at Rosgosstrakh, including a Keycloak plugin for registration and authentication, styled uniformly for all internal systems. Cinimex also advanced the "Segmentation 2.0" machine learning project at Rosgosstrakh, improving risk models and monitoring agent and broker portfolios.
Cinimex deployed VK Tax Compliance at the Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ), enabling transparent interaction with the Federal Tax Service across multiple tax types.
Together with Gazprom CPS, Cinimex worked on projects for Gazprom Group, continuing the development of the expert-analytical system (EAS ZPTT) for design and technical requirements. This ML-based tool streamlines preparation for engineering and survey work through automation and standardization.
The team also customized "1C:Enterprise 8" based on lease processes for land and forest plots. This included requirement sheets, technical specifications, and user manuals. The result: optimized leasing workflows and automated reporting.
Cinimex and Gazprom CPS ensured the smooth operation of "1C:Holding Management" for Gazprom Drilling, meeting technical and functional requirements, resolving deficits, and supporting treasury operations.
Cinimex developers also partnered with 5Post (part of X5 Group) to improve software for its parcel locker network.
In 2023, Cinimex completed an import substitution project for Skillfactory, replacing its corporate messenger with "Time" by Tinkoff.
The company’s 1C team delivered several successful projects for Bacardi, including major integration work between "1C:HR and Payroll" and "1C:Document Management 3.0", eliminating the need to switch systems. They also integrated the HR system with the business trip management tool "Time.Aero", automating data exchange and error prevention.
For Gealan, Cinimex implemented "1C:Trade Management 11", tailored for import transactions, client order processing, and comprehensive automation of operational accounting and planning.
Cinimex deployed a warehouse management system (WMS) for a valve manufacturing enterprise, based on "1C:ERP 2.5" and Cleverence:Warehouse15 with ATOL SMART.LITE equipment. The system improved operational efficiency and production tracking.
The company’s in-house product, "Cinimex: Leave Management", received official certification from 1C for meeting their high-quality standards. It integrates with "1C:HR and Payroll", supports web interface, and offers functionality for employees, managers, and HR staff.
“In 2023, Cinimex delivered several significant projects aimed at helping clients with digital transformation and achieving their business goals. We explored new solutions in import substitution, expanded into new industries, and enhanced our own products,” said Andrey Sykuylev, CEO of Cinimex.
