Economic Effects of Tax Monitoring and New Development Trends Discussed at the Summer Forum | Publications of the Sinimex company
The positive effects of tax monitoring for businesses and new directions in IT solutions were discussed at the Summer Forum held at SberUniversity on June 24. Representatives of the country’s largest businesses and leading vendors shared their experiences working under this tax regime.
Irina Zaboeva, Head of the Tax Accounting and Reporting Department at the Accounting and Reporting Directorate of PJSC RNCB Bank, and Antonina Kulikovskaya, Lead Analyst of the Automated Solutions Analytics Department at Cinimex, presented their practical approaches to transitioning into tax monitoring.

“The data showcase is the most suitable system for reconciling data between accounting tax records and tax accounting records. For those planning the calculation of registers and declarations within the tax monitoring showcase, we recommend considering the following in advance: the ability to change calculation settings without involving the IT department, historical storage of calculation algorithms for preparing amended declarations, and a backup mechanism for data adjustment and upload,” noted Antonina Kulikovskaya.
Svetlana Neshkova, Project Lead for the implementation of the tax monitoring showcase at PJSC RNCB Bank from VK Tech, emphasized the importance of preparatory activities on the taxpayer’s side before starting the project, particularly assessing the level of business process automation. The results of such assessments help ensure quality project collaboration and timely integration within the planned deadlines.
