Cinimex and Moscow Credit Bank Share Experience Entering Tax Monitoring | Publications of the Sinimex company

The second session of the annual Winter Forum on Tax Monitoring, held on November 13 at SberUniversity, focused on the transition to enhanced information exchange with the tax authorities and the development of an internal control system (ICS) within organizations.

Moscow Credit Bank (MCB), together with Cinimex, shared their experience in preparing for integration with the AIS “Nalog-3” system. The bank joined the tax monitoring regime in 2024. For data exchange, they opted to provide access to a data showcase implemented with Cinimex’s help. To date, MCB has completed three reporting periods and launched several electronic services. As part of the project, they modernized all tax register formats and introduced automated control procedures.

“Tax monitoring is a driver for optimizing and automating internal company processes. Our goal is to support this direction and simplify tasks for our clients. For example, automatic generation of final calculation registers based on reference data enables more transparent and faster control over disclosed indicators — and even allows shifting the task of register generation to the system itself,” said Samanta Kondratyeva, Lead Quality Assurance Specialist at Cinimex.
