Gazprom CPS in Collaboration with Cinimex and SPA BusinessAutomatics Complete the IT Solution Design Using Artificial Intelligence
This is an intelligent support system for creating, commenting on, and reviewing templates and documents. It extensively uses machine-learning technologies. At the moment, the main functionality has been implemented. In 2024, plans are to switch to pilot operation and put the system into commercial use. The key project contractors were Cinimex and SPA BusinessAutomatics.
EAS ZPTT automates one of the most important processes in preparation for design and survey works. The system significantly increases the speed, efficiency, and quality of preparation activities due to automation, standardization, and unification of design assignments, including all relevant attachments. It provides suggestions from the neural network on filling out fields and sections of documents.
EAS ZPTT significantly reduces the labor costs of developing and maintaining design documentation. Users can compile documents using predefined templates, assign people responsible for filling out sections, exchange comments, view the history of document changes, receive recommendations on filling out sections from the analytical module with a neural network, routinely get preliminary approvals of documents within the system, as well as send documents for official approval into the electronic document management system.
“One of the main requirements to the system architecture was the exclusive use of non-imported software. Implementation of EAS ZPTT on an innovative microservice platform made it possible to meet the project deadlines. To reduce the time spent on testing the system, we used our own Cinimex Test Tool 2.0, purpose-built for interaction with microservice applications,” said Denis Ermilov, Key account director at Cinimex.
“This project is an integral part of a program aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of capital facility design. The uniqueness of the system lies in its adaptability. You can define a wide range of objects, including gas distribution and compressor stations, large deposits, and wells. EAS ZPTT optimizes the processes of creating and reviewing design assignments by minimizing errors and creating a unified information environment with up-to-date data for all process stakeholders,” said Dmitry Lysenko, project manager at Gazprom CPS.
