Cinimex implemented a project where 1C-based information system was integrated with Gazprombank’s Online Trading Platform (OTP GB). OTP GB is an ecosystem for automation of procurement management in corporate and state-run businesses.

Cinimex team developed a module to integrate OTP GB with the information system of the key gas trading authorities built on “1C: Enterprise Accounting”.

Cinimex performed the whole scope of works: express checkup of the organizer’s system and business processes; design, development, testing, user training; system deployment, support and maintenance.

The following processes were automated as part of the project: publication of purchase notice and related documentation in OTP GB and accounting information system; retrieving proposals from suppliers and subcontractors; submitting information about the selected supplier/subcontractor to OTP GB.

The biggest challenge of the project was to convert the data in the information system and its structure into a format suitable for OTP GB API. When designing functionality, we aimed to not only enable integration, but also produce a quality software code which could also be implemented in other similar projects without having to significantly alter the core modules,” commented Andrey Guryev, Cinimex’s Director of ERP systems.

“The integration allowed the procurement organizer to seamlessly share data between the accounting information system and the e-platform. As a result, the procurement process is now two to four times as fast. The OTP GB eco-system features flexible and multiple-purpose products designed for corporate users with complex IT infrastructure,” commented Sergey Romanov, Head of OTP GB Corporate Clients Department.
