Cinimex Becomes One of the Largest IT Service Providers in Russia

According to TAdviser analysts, the IT services market includes implementation consulting, system integration, hardware/software installation and support, cloud services, as well as IT outsourcing and technical support. IT outsourcing, as TAdviser sees it, groups together services for hardware/software maintenance and technical support, custom software development, and software testing.

The agency points out that already at the beginning of 2023, it became clear that the Russian economy as a whole, and the IT market in particular, continues to actively develop under the current circumstances. The government has taken effective measures to support this growth. IT companies are required to help Russian businesses gradually move towards gaining independence from imports. A dramatic change in the IT landscape, the formation of technology stacks that meet the requirements of import independence, the intensification of cybercrime, and a shortage of personnel—this is the list of the main challenges that 2023 took over from 2022.
